At CEI, we are looking for motivated individuals with or without roofing experience. We hire union workers and are partnered with apprenticeship programs to provide proper job training for those who need it. We also provide job training for all new employees on safety and skills. CEI works on complicated and high profile projects that require hard working and professional crews.

Helpful Skills and Experience:

  • Prior experience in the roofing industry is a positive quality 

  • Knowledge of commercial roofing systems and products 

  • Field construction experience 

 

Required Skills and Experience: 

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record and have reliable transportation

  • Willingness to complete minor travel

  • Strong communication skills 

  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly (Field and Shop Positions) 

  • Physically capable of climbing ladders and stairs to access a roof 

  • Willingness to work outside in varying conditions (Field and Shop Positions ) 

  • Ability to pass a drug test 

  • Furnish required hand tools (Field and Shop Positions )
